Executive Summary	We developed a rubble dumping simulation program and a program to make figures for rubble mound construction management. Both programs are already used for the rubble mound construction works of Kamaishi Port. 　We confirmed the availability of them using the data obtained in the field. 　These programs are produced for personal computers, and easy to use. 　They turn the way of the construction management. 　The article reports on the basic concepts of programs and the practical use of them.
