In this report, we established the methods of marine traffic survey in the broad expanse of water aria such as Tokyo Bay or Japanese greater coasting area, and
the data processing methods.
　In the case of Tokyo Bay, four radars are used, and in the case of the greater coasting area, a radar on the moving vessel is used.
　About the results of the survey, we newly established the methods of making a 16 mm movie of marine traffic behaviors in the broad expanse of water area by the aid of COM (Computer Output Microfilming), adding to the statical diagrams or tables of the characteristics of marine traffic developed in the 1st and 2nd reports.
