The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011. By this earthquake, seismic intensity 6+ or 7 were observed in wide area in Tohoku and Kanto, and the tsunami has reached almost the entire area of the Pacific Ocean side of Japan as well as Kanto and Tohoku regions. Many port-related facilities were heavily damaged by the earthquake and tsunami.
　This report is to record the details of the damage and restoration of facilities by the earthquake and tsunami, which were collected and organized with the cooperation of related organizations.
