This technical note is the explanation and the guide of marine traffic simulation program developed by the Systems Laboratory.
　Factors affecting each ship behaviour are very complex, and some of them are assumed. In such cases, ship behaviour observations are greatly expected to simulate the actual marive traffic behaviour, so that the better planning of channels or fairways and the suitable marine traffic control, etc. are evaluated.
