In the case of Center Pier in Yokohama Port, an introduction to establish the method of port renewal is studied from afew viewpoints as a continuation of last study.
　Viewpoints are as these;
1)Fixation of Developing area,
2)Estimation of demands for developing spaces,
3)Study of landuse planning,
4)Investigation of methods in operations.
　According these studies, payability and procedure of a project have been examined and one example of renewal plan has made.
　It has been definitely shown by these studies that the port development by renewal of old port area, but these are some problems left to slove in order to effect.
