Executive Summary	Dr.Tateishi proposed a formula of the capacity of a foundation on a one layer subsoil. 　In this paper, we extend this method, solve the problem of the capacity of a embeded strip foundation on a two layer sandy subsoil with the top of a slope, and show the charts for computing.
