This note is about the simulation technique by digital computer which is often used for the purpose of design and planning of port.
　In this note, the group of procedure programmes for digital simulation by FORTRAN IV is mentioned about.
　These procedure programmes consist of various subroutines and functions which express the fundamental activities, move-movements or conditions that are needed traffic simulation.
　Then various kinds of queuing simulation by these programmes are easily programmed. Several examples about queuing simulation by these programmes are mentioned for better understanding of the usage of these programmes in this note.
