Executive Summary	Five kinds of basic port statistics, four for Kobe and one for Yokohama, are collected and stored in magnetic tape system of TOSBAC-3400/30. 　This report is a manual of theses data including cording list, original data sheets, and formats of magnetic tape. 　These data will be utilized as the basic information to systems design of ports.
