This paper presents brief information and primary analysis on all of the strong-motion earthquake records recorded in the port areas in Japan between January 1965 and December 1966. All the records are listed with maximum accelerations and data of earthquakes for which the records were taken, being classified according to earthquakes. On the records with maximum acceleration larger than 20 gals, copies of records, digitized records, response spectra and results of Fourier analysis are incluede. For the observation, two kinds of seismographs were used, namely SMAC-B2 seismographs and electro magnetic seismographs with magnetic tape recorders.
