従来からある油回收機の問題点を解決するために、 水流抵抗になる固体要素による堰き止めを行わない集油と、油水混合状態での吸引回収の二つを組合せた新しい油回收装置,「次世代型油回收装置」の開発を行っています。 特徴としては,集油に水中バブルカーテン、吸引回收に水噴射エジェクタ吸引方式を採用している点で, 装置を水面に降ろした状態での高速航行が可能で,かつ流出油の粘度に依らない効率的な回収除去が可能なものとなっています。

Conventional oil skimmers have long been plagued by numerous issues, prompting us to develop a revolutionary solution: a next-generation oil skimmer. Unlike its predecessors, this cutting-edge technology combines oil collection without damming solid elements that cause water flow resistance, with suction recovery in an oil-water mixture. At the heart of this system is a submerged bubble curtain, which enables effective oil collection, and a water jet ejector suction method for recovery, allowing for high-speed navigation even with the system lowered to the water surface. Regardless of the oil's viscosity, this technology guarantees efficient recovery and removal of spilled oil, while simultaneously minimizing environmental impact. The implementation of this innovative oil skimmer marks a significant step forward in the field of environmental conservation, and we anticipate it will become an indispensable tool for future oil spill clean-up efforts.
