Greetings

Group Leader
Tomohiro KUWAE

Our research group is focusing on (1) conservation and restoration of coastal ecosystems, (2) improvement of seawater and sediments in coastal areas, and (3) carbon capture and storage by coastal ecosystems, and (4) wood biomass usage for coastal structures. Field observations, verification using experimental facilities, and multidisciplinary collaboration are our major approaches.
