Maritime Structures Group

Maritime Structures Group is focusing on the stability of breakwaters against wave action. Wave forces do not solely act on maritime structures but also on the seabed causing scouring and through-wash. Large-scale model experiments and computational simulations have been conducted in order to investigate the mechanism of wave-seabed-structure interactions.
